All ptcsystem nozzles are manufactured from sturdy and durable polyamid plastic.

Tube nozzles are available for all common hydraulic tubes according to EN 10305-4 between 6,0 mm and 42,0 mm outside diameter. They can be delivered immediately out of stock. Customized nozzles, up to an OD of 65,0 mm, can be manufactured anytime.

The conical hose nozzles are available for hydraulic hoses DN6 (1/4") up to DN50 (2")

They are chosen according to the size of the hose.

For inside diameters larger than 65,0 mm we recommend the use of our sealing cones. They are attached to one of your standard tube or hose nozzles. The cleaning projectile is pushed into the tube by hand. For applications like this, we recommend our FLEX cleaning projectiles.

Of course we are always happy to develop customized solutions for your special application. The picture shows a nozzle used to clean heat-exchanger tubes in a displaced boss. Other examples are different connection types (e. g. Camlock) or materials.
