Standard ptcsystem Launcher Guns

ptcsystem's core element is its standard launcher gun, ergonomically designed and optimised with the insight of many years of reliable application. High-strength aluminium, chrome-plating and robust construction guarantee extreme durability, even under toughest working conditions. Its operating range spans hoses from DN6 to DN50 and tubes with an outside diameter from 6 to 65 mm.

ptcsystem ECO Launcher Guns

ECO launchers are the economical alternative to the standard ptcsystem and-held unit in cases where cleaning is only occasionally necessary or special cleaning problems prevail, e.g. product lines in powder coating facilities.

ECO launcher guns are available in two versions. The first is equipped with a conical nipple and the possibility of inserting the cleaning projectile through a breech chamber. This type of launcher is suitable for cleaning lines with an inner diameter of up to 12 mm.

The second version utilises nozzles similar to those used in standard ptcsystem guns. The projectile is inserted into the nozzle, which is then screwed onto the launcher gun. This version is suited for hoses from DN5 to DN20 and tubes with an outside diameter of 5 to 20 mm.
