Standard Projectiles

Standard ptcsystem projectiles are tried and proven by many years of reliable application and are perfect for removing loose particles from pipes and hoses. They are manufactured from composite foam rubber and available multicoloured or white.

Premium Projectiles

Premium projectiles stand out due to their resilience against solvents and mechanical wear and tear. They are often used when the requirements on cleanliness and projectile material are particularly high, for instance in the automotive industry. Furthermore they are particularly suited for cleaning piping assemblies and when dealing with greasy contamination.

PW Projectiles

PW projectiles resemble in properties and application range to Premium projectiles. However, since they are softer they are capable to pass through slight cross-section reductions. We also recommend to use PW projectiles when cleaning tubes or hoses with inside diameters larger than 80,0 mm.

Flex Projectiles

Flex projectiles are made of an elastic foam rubber that quickly regains its shape after deformation. Because of their high flexibility, even largely oversized projectiles easily pass through tight cross-section constrictions. We recommend these projectiles e. g. for the subsequent cleaning of hydraulic hose assemblies and when cleaning tubes or hoses with inside diameters larger than 80,0 mm.

Abrasive Projectiles

Abrasive projectiles have a rough fibrous material on their front end to efficiently remove stubborn debris and coarse contamination.

Corundum Projectiles

These have a corundum coating similar to sandpaper that grinds away extremely persistent deposits such as rust or lime. Subsequent cleaning with a standard cleaning projectile is necessary to remove corundum residue.
