Nozzles

ptcsystem® tube nozzles are available immediately for all standard hydraulic pipes in accordance with EN 10305-4 (DIN 2391) with outer diameters from 6.0 to 42.0 mm. Custom designs with outer diameters up to 65.0 mm or in imperial dimensions are possible at any time. The selection is made based on the outer and inner diameter of the pipe. Each nozzle is designed for a fixed outer diameter and covers a defined inner diameter range.The nozzles are attached to the outside of the pipe. Cleaning begins at the first millimeter of the pipe, so that cleaning on both sides is often not necessary.

The conical ptcsystem® hose nozzles are available for hydraulic hoses from DN6 to DN50 (¼“ to 2”). The selection is based on the nominal width of the hose to be cleaned. When pushed onto the nozzle, an airtight connection is created. The nozzle engages a few millimeters into the hose, which is why cleaning both ends of the hose is recommended

JIC nozzles for hose fittings and flare adapters with 37° sealing cone according to SAE J514.

For internal diameters larger than 65.0 mm, the ptcsystem^® sealing cone is used. This is simply plugged into a standard tube or hose nozzle. The cleaning projectile is inserted into the tube by hand. In this case, we recommend using FLEX projectiles.

In addition to the standard ptcsystem^® tube and hose nozzles, we produce special nozzles according to customer requests: For example, these can be made of alternative materials or have a particular design.
