ptcsystem® Nozzles
The ptcsystem® nozzles are made of durable and sturdy plastic. In addition to the standard tube and hose nozzles, we produce special nozzles according to customer requests. For example, these can be made of alternative materials or have a particular design.
ptcsystem® Tube Nozzles
ptcsystem® tube nozzles are available immediately for all common hydraulic pipes according to EN10305-4 (DIN 2391) with an external diameter of 6.0 to 42.0 mm. One-off products with an external pipe diameter of up to 65.0 mm are always a possibility. The selection is made according to the external and internal diameter of the tube.
ptcsystem® Hose Nozzles
The conical ptcsystem® hose nozzles are available for hydraulic hoses from DN6 to DN50. Selection is made according to the nominal diameter of the hose to be cleaned.
JIC Nozzles
JIC nozzles for hose fittings and flare adapters with 37° sealing cone according to SAE J514.
ptcsystem® Sealing Cone
For internal diameters larger than 65.0 mm, the ptcsystem® sealing cone is used. This is simply plugged into a standard tube or hose nozzle. The cleaning projectile is inserted into the tube by hand. In this case, we recommend using FLEX projectiles.
